Ready to Start

• Click on the Ready to Start 25-minute button.
• Focus on the task until the sound rings.
• When you finish one cycle, the tomato icon will be light orange.
• Take a short 5-minute break to do something unrelated to work, like ship a coffee or take a breath.
• Repeat the cycle for four pomodoro.
• After you complete 4 Pomodoro cycles, take a break for 15, 20, or 30 minutes.
